В Крыму на взятке поймали мэра райцентра Кировское. По данным РИА "Новый регион", в 2010 году мэром пгт Кировское был избран самовыдвиженец, депутат районного совета от БЮТ Александр Евсеев.Теперь в Симферопольском СИЗО ждут посла США, который должен спасти от тюрьмы вслед за Юлией Тимошенко и ее соратника по БЮТу, обвиняемого по ч.3 ст.368 УК Украины (получение взятки).
В Крыму на взятке задержали мэра райцентра Кировское и местного депутата. В отношении задержанных прокуратурой Крыма возбуждено уголовное дело.Как сообщили в пресс-службе республиканской прокуратуры, председатель Кировского поселкового совета и депутат этого органа местного самоуправления задержаны при получении $1 тыс в качестве взятки за возможность осуществлять выносную торговлю на территории поселка. Действия председателя и депутата квалифицированы по ч.3 ст.368 УК Украины (получение взятки). Проводится досудебное следствие. Напомним, в 2010 году мэром пгт Кировское был избран самовыдвиженец, депутат районного совета от БЮТ Александр Евсеев. До своего избрания Евсеев руководил научно-исследовательским объединением «Мари Культура» и дочерним предприятием ОАО «Крым-Саха». Учитывая то, что высшие должностные лица стран Евросоюза бросились защищать от тюрьмы украинских преступников, устроив разного рода акции протеста против "кровавого режима Януковича", в Крыму ждут десант западных дипломатов. А почему бы и не поинтересоваться господам из США и Евросоюза в каких условиях содержится попавшийся на взятке соратник Юлии Тимошенко?

А еще можно поднять крик по поводу самой взятки в тысячу долларов. Это что за деньги такие, господа хорошие? Детям на семечки. Короче, свободу взяточникам из БЮТа! Посла США в СИЗО Симферополя! Долой ЕВРО! Спасем украинских преступников от возмездия. Свободу Юрию Деточкину! Юля - наш президент! И тогда всем будет счастье, господа-товарищи, паны и панове!

Кужель назвала Яценюка «трусливой шавкой», а сам Яценюк «стучал» на одноклассников

Александра Кужель может пролететь мимо Парламента. Из-за конфликта с Арсением Яценюком она вряд ли попадет в проходную часть избирательного списка.

Напомним историю вопроса. В своих многочисленных интервью Кужель назвала Яценюка «трусливой шавкой», говорила, что приход его к власти – это даже страшнее, чем приход Ющенко, и что он, учась в школе, вел тетрадь записи проступков своих одноклассников. Такое не прощают!

В прессе уже появились информация о новогоднем отдыхе Александры Кужель на огромном океанском лайнере, отмашку на обнародование которой, по ее мнению, дал именно Яценюк.

Но и женщина-политик «крепкий орешек», сдаваться не собирается. Последнее время она обхаживает дочь Юлии Тимошенко Евгению. Теперь их часто видят вместе на различных мероприятиях.

Не секрет, что Кужель хочет повлиять на Жужу, чтобы та повлияла на свою маму, чтобы та включила ее в проходную часть избирательного списка. Мажоритарный округ Кужель явно не светит, с Яценюком она крупно поссорилась, одна надежда на старшую Тимошенко. Но та включать ее в свой список не спешит.

Госмиграционная служба Украины призналась, что работать не может ( документ).

Новосозданная Государственная Миграционная Служба Украины не имеет возможности исполнения своих функций в связи с отсутствием законодательной базы. Об этом правозащитнику Марку Бен-Наим сообщили в самой Госмиграционной службе Украины.

Бездеятельность Госмиграционной службы Украины приводит к тому, что на сегодня ликвидируемые подразделения ГДГИРФЛ МВД Украины выдают фактически незаконные документы да и то только в виде платных услуг, на которые имеет право МВД, прокомментировал информацию Марк Бен-Наим. Так каждый желающий получить сегодня паспорт сталкивается с тем, что вынужден платить за него по завышенной цене , так как паспорта выдаются только «срочные». Самое интересное, что эти паспорта, за которые уплачены большие деньги являются фактически недействительными и будут подлежать обмену как только Госмиграционная служба Украины начнет работать.

Сложилась парадоксальная ситуация- руководство Госмиграционной службы Украины бодро отрапортовало Президенту Украины Виктору Януковичу о своей готовности начать деятельность, так как Президент Украины четко дал понять чиновникам еще в феврале, что если с 1-го марта Госмиграционая служба Украины не заработает, что все руководство будет разогнано.  Доложить- доложили, но работать никто не начал. Таким образом получилось, что вместо одной структуры- ГИРФЛ МВД Украины, получилось две , где штаты чиновников увеличены в двое и всех их надо «кормить» и «поить», резюмировал правозащитник.
