Постановление Севастопольского апелляционного административного суда от 04.04.12 года о признании незаконными и полной отмене всех тарифов на услуги КП «Севтеплоэнерго» СГС , а так же другие документы о незаконной деятельности КП «Севтеплоэнерго» СГС переданы сегодня координатором Региональной Правозащитной Группы «ПОЛУОСТРОВ КРЫМ» Марком Бен-Наим следователям военной контрразведки СБУ в городе Севастополь в связи с тем, что КП «Севтеплоэнерго» СГС пытается получить платеж в размере 1,7 млн.гривен с КЭЧ Черноморского флота Украины.
