Оперативный дежурный Госпогранслужбы Украины Алексей Самбур направил соответствующие ориентировки на все пункты пропуска через государственную границу Украины с целью недопущения незаконного перемещения через госграницу гражданки Украины Розенберг Анны Владимировны 2011 года рождения.

В соответствии с информацией, размещенной в электронных СМИ  города Николаева, некоторое время назад житель Германии, являющийся гражданином Украины и , как выяснилось, зарегистрированный в городе Одесса, прибыл в Украину со своей годовалой дочерью. Очевидно, бегство из Германии было вызвано бракоразводным процессом с супругой, так же проживающей в Германии.

Проверка , проведенная при помощи Сектора Связей с Общественностью УМВД Украины в Николаевской области показала, что в Николаевскую область с матерью ребенка прибыли сотрудники криминальной милиции по делам детей ГУМВД Украины в Одесской области, которые помогли силой отнять ребенка и получить в одной из райгосадминистраций Николаева некое «разрешение» на перемещение ребенка за границу.

Однако через государственную границу Украины ребенок может быть перемещен только при наличии или нотариального согласия отца, или при наличии вступившего в  силу решения украинского суда. Никакие «документы» из Германии не могли служить основанием для изъятия ребенка у отца и получения разрешения на его перемещение через государственную границу Украины.

При этом не имеет значения как попал в Украину гражданин Украины . Если даже он попал в Украину незаконно, то это не значит, что он может покинуть так же незаконно территорию страны.

После того, как соответствующая информация была передана факсимильной связью в адрес оперативного дежурного Госпогранслужбы Украины , оперативных дежурных по МВД Украины и Управлений МВД Украины в Николаевской и Одесской областях, в пункты пропуска через государственную границу Украины были направлены ориентировки с целью пресечения незаконного вывоза ребенка с территории Украины.

О происходящем поставлены в известность Уполномоченный Президента Украины по правам детей Юрий Павленко и Председатель профильного Комитета Верховной Рады Украины Павел Костенко. Так же направлены факсы в органы прокуратуры.
