Application and Working Process of Jaw Crushers

Jaw crushers have many advantages, such as big reduction ratio, equal product granularity, simple structure, reliable working condition, convenient repair and economical operation, which are widely used for mine, smelting, building material, road, railway, irrigation works, chemical and materials with cold compression strength no more than 320 MPa.

Jaw crushers for crushing rock and other minerals conventionally comprise a fixed jaw and a movable jaw which define a crushing chamber of a cross section which narrows from top to bottom. spiral classifier manufacturersThe movable jaw is pivotally supported at its upper end so that the lower end of the jaw can be driven in a swinging motion towards and away from the lower end of the fixed jaw. Material to be crushed is introduced into the upper end of the crushing chamber formed between the two jaws and is crushed between the two jaws by the swinging movement of the movable jaw as the material moves downwardly through the chamber, the crushed material being discharged from the chamber at its lower end. The crushing surfaces of the two jaws are subject to substantial wear and are conventionally formed by replaceable faces which are fixed to the body of the jaw by being bolted and keyed. Usually, to facilitate breakage of the rock the surface of each replaceable jaw face is corrugated, with the axes of the corrugations extending in a vertical direction and normally each jaw carries two separate jaw faces, namely an upper face and lower face. 

The primary effect of the corrugations is achieved at the lower, narrow, end of the crushing chamber, and in order to generate the necessary breaking forces the opposed jaw faces of the two jaws are so arranged that the peaks of the corrugations of one of the jaw faces align with the troughs of the corrugations of the other jaw face. As a result of this, with conventional jaw faces there is limited scope for interchangeability of the various jaw faces to compensate for wear, most of which occurs at the lower end of the crushing chamber; for example with conventional jaw faces the upper and lower jaw faces or each jaw could be interchanged but there is not complete flexibility to interchange the four jaw faces while retaining the required relationship between the sets of corrugations.

О национальности

Национальность не может ни прибавить достоинства личности, ни убавить. Она может давать (или наоборот) те или иные преимущества в конкретных условиях. Подавление, а чаще конкуренция между народами это нормальное биологически обусловленое явление. Иногда бывает и кооперация и просто добрососедское сотрудничество, например: при заселении Сибири, одни народы селились вдоль рек, зто были рыболовы, другие - в тайге, это были охотники. И они прекрасно ладили и торговали. Багаж, накопленный нацией, дает человеку дополнительные преимущества. Поэтому так приятно чувствовать себя приобщенным ко всем её историческим и культурным достижениям. Кроме того, есть и психологический момент: человек чувствует себя в большой группе более защищенным. Поэтому отождествление себя со своей национальностью придает человеку дополнительный психологический комфорт, что в наше стрессовое время немаловажно. В наше время это иногда подменяется государственной самоидентификацией, отождествлением себя со страной, а не национальностью. Помните? "У советских собственная гордость - на буржуев смотрим свысока":) Однако мировые тенденции таковы, что нарастает тенденция примата национальной самоидентификации над гражданственной.

Смешение кровей - процесс постоянный, поэтому говорить о "чистых" народах говорить не приходилось уже в древности, не говоря уже о современности. Но национальность свою человек определяет сам по тому, с какой культурой он себя отождествляет, какой язык считает родным. Исключения единичны. Впитывание национального менталитета, традиций происходит в семье (вопрос об архетипах я затрагивать не буду). Национальности издревле формировались в зависимости от места проживания, способа ведения хозяйства, религии. Я не думаю, что человечество когда-нибудь дойдет до такой степени интеграции и унификации, что не будет разницы между этими факторами ни в Лондоне, ни в Дели, ни в Токио ни где бы то ни было. США и З.Европа - это часть мира и весь мир ещё не превратился в единый плавильный котел. И не превратится. Большинство культур на земле консервативны и весьма замкнуты. В третьем мире глобальное мышление удел немногих и они вынуждены считаться с господствующими настроениями в своем обществе. Кроме того, посмотрите, как разница в культурном, материальном, экономическом и прочем развитии, служит двигателем деятельности и развития за счёт т.с. "этнического разделения труда". Даже в самых развитых странах. Кроме того, с развитием прогресса все больше национальностей не чувствуют необходимости быть частью к-л. многонационального государства и стремятся к той или иной форме обособления. Такие настроения есть даже в Великобритании и Италии. Полное нивелирование этнокультурных различий человечества - это энтропия, это смерть. Тут как физике: чем сильнее разница потенциалов, тем больше высвобождается энергии, тем ярче вспышка горения нации. Поэтому при грамотной национальной политике, этническое разнообразие государства - это его богатство, резерв и один из двигателей развития.
