Powered by a Scania SCR diesel engine meeting the Stage IIIB EU emissions regulations, the DL450-3 is said to combine high engine power output with a new ZF transmission to minimise fuel consumption and boost performance.

With a bucket capacity of 4.5 m3, the DL450-3 large wheel loader is intended to meet a wide range of material-handling needs from loading and transporting granular material (such as sand and gravel) to industrial, mining and quarrying applications.

Maximum power output from the 13-litre Scania DC13 SCR 6-cylinder diesel engine is 264kW at 1800 rpm.
