2013 Girl Scouts USA Centennial Coin

The United States Mint has unveiled the winning design for the "Girl Scouts of the USA Centennial Commemorative Coin Program." Up to 350,000 coins will be produced in 90% silver and have a legal tender value of one dollar. They will be available in both proof and uncirculated qualities. According to the press release from the U.S. Mint: Designs for the 2013 Girl Scouts of the USA Centennial Silver Dollar were unveiled tonight [September 22, 2012] by Girl Scouts of the USA National President Connie L.
