Frank, from Florida, recently e-mailed me the following question, "I recently purchased some quarters in their ordinal mint cellophane (some example pictures attached). Some of them have some toning to them and I'm wondering if I should move them to Mylar flips?" This is a terrific question that doesn't have an easy answer.
