Tomorrow it's Midsummer Night here in Sweden. One festive day that we really celebrate here in Scandinavia. This is something that I always want on the table. "Gubbröra" translates in to "oldman stir" it's an egg-anchovy salad preferably served on a sourdough crispbread.
Photographed with main light from the window at 3 o´clock through a diffuser, one white foam core as an reflector 9 o´clock and one handheld small silver reflector.
