Stock Financial Statements Download (SFSD) is software that can asynchronously download the US public traded stock’s financial statements such as net income statement, balance sheet statement, and cash flow statement. It produces data output in a plain text format and the user can choose to either download quarterly or yearly based statement.  Depends on your need, you can choose to download the most recent 1,3, and 5 period of data.
