Taking advantage of maximizing the using of the computer vision we developed our vehicle license plate recognizer and we made an application which can perform for the small and medium-sized companies, vehicle recognizing and starting their simple way to induce event controls.
LPR (License Plate Recognition) is an image-processing technology used to identify vehicles by their license plates.
Main modules: Creating company database, Creating license plate database,Receiving ALPR video sign, Configuring license table template, Recognized license plates and archiving the pictures of vehicles, Video filters and Starting event while recognizing license plates
