The Elf Ranger project is finally done. It took me about six months to be finished.
I never had the time to play Lineage (to my shame), but always liked the style and concept of the beautiful armored elf girls. So I tried my skills with E2046 ORI garage kit.
She goes with the two sets of armor : skirt and hip plates. That gives you a choice either to build her using only one of them, or implant the magnets and make the armor parts fully exchangable.
The last variant was very tempting, so I decided to give it a try.

Miss little "pouty face" is done!
I won this GK at Yahoo Japan auction (costed me about 4500 Yen including the postage). It is not the original kit but rather a PVC recast. The quality of resin and the stackability are excelent.
Suppose, it's the copy issued by Game-O, a Taiwan recaster group.

Her color scheme was changed to a blue circle (the PVC has a green one) and some sakura petals on the swimming suit. The eyes are handpainted.
Protagonist "Persona 4"

Come to think of it, I do prefer to paint girls. But I could not resist the request coming for Persona series. His face appears to be of the different shape, comparing to the original hero, but all other details are very true. The whole building + painting process took me about 3 months (including the travel brake). Hopefully, the owner is happy to bring him to her collection :-)

Saber Lily

Three months of the hard work, but it was worth it as we won the first place! I changed the color scheme, comparing to the PVC vesion, to make her brighter and unique. The armor parts + upper skirt are removable. She looks a bit like "Saber Golden Caliburn" version without them.

Holo

Holo (or Horo) is one of my favorite "tsundere" characters. She is smart, cunning, charming, flirty and bursting. But together with that, she's a feminine and fragile, wanting someone to take care of her, to be alongside. This garage kit shows a lot of her sofl side, catching the moments of tenderness and stargazing.
I felt strange while building it. The great responsibility for a proper emotional side, for every small touch making her face expression. Like trying to make something alive, and bear the severity of failure in case of it's not... But I am relieved looking at the final result, because it does have it's own tiny soul.
