Being two pupils who`ve endured ADHD (attention deficit hyper-active disorder) throughout our lives we realize something about fidgeting. It`s proven that fidgeting or physical exercise like foot-tapping can improve your attention span which help one focus. Whenever a mutual friend handed us a fidget toy the very first time, we had been sold! We soon realized we no longer “fidget” as much by annoying relatives and buddies with excessive pen clicking, foot tapping, nail biting and overall just being distracted on the whole. We would have liked to share this discovery of ours and help anyone spanning various ages which could make use of fidgeting, or merely have planning to have something to fidget with. Thus, Fidget Boys found life.
