You have already had the occasion to listen to one of her song "e;By Your Side"e;, which was featured on the Mixtape volume one : Indie Valentine. It's also how I started to get to know her music.
Brooke has released her first full-length album "e;Silence Worth Breaking"e; in 2011. This album has been described as “phenomenal” by Stereo Subversion and Glide Magazine hailed as “the kind of record that some artists wait their whole lives to make”.
Brooke Annibale is back this year with a new EP "e;Words In Your Eyes"e;, which has been released February 5, 2013.
"e;the six tracks that comprise Words in Your Eyes are worth stopping whatever you are doing so they can be savored. “Silence Worth Breaking”—which did not make the final cut for the album it was named after—features Annibale’s new electric-meets-ambient sound and razor-sharp lyrics about the importance of communicating even if the subject is a difficult one."e;
By discovering all of her music, I've been immediatly captivated by her soft and bewitching voice. All of her songs exudes sensibility, accompagnied by well-written lyrics. This EP is an invite to a travel in the world of relationships, in the small world of things we feel, the feelings that we sometimes keep for us but whom "e;silence worth breaking"e;.

- Kristyna Myles
Kristyna Myles performed her song "e;Wouldn't Change A Thing"e; live at Sessions at Thomas Bar, Manchester, accompanied by guitarist Ben Williams. This song is one of the song from Kristyna's upcoming debut album.
She has also sang a couple of tracks for Ont'sofa Gibson Sessions. The first song of this series is "e;Just Three Little Words"e;. Keep an eye on Ont'Sofa's website or youtube page to watch the other ones.

Noush Skaugen performed her song "e;Start's When It's Over"e; live. This song will feature on her upcoming album "e;Buried in Vegas"e; which should be out in 2013.

So I thought it could be a good occasion to tell you about a pure talent whom I became totally addicted since few months. I will also make an exception as this artist isn't indie but signed with Warner Music.
Alex Hepburn is a scottish singer-songwriter based in London. You may have already heard about her or if it's not the case yet, you will !!! This Uk artist, whose voice is often compared to Janis Joplin, gonna make the buzz this year !
"e;As it turns out she’s a rough diamond, the world has yet to discover. With her fine compositions, clever lyrics, handmade music between soul, rock and blues, and most of all with her impressing soul belter."e;
The first thing that has amazed me with Alex Hepburn is her powerfull and husky voice. Her songs are characterized by the tenderness and sensibilty of her soul and a mix of rock and blues music.
Alex isn't a beginner, she did the first part of Bruno Mars in 2011 during his european tour. Alex has also released her first self-titled EP in june 2012 which contains the songs "e;Pain Is"e;, "e;Stop Fucking Around"e; and "e;Woman"e;. You can buy this EP on itunes.
Her debut album should be out in February 2013. The first single "e;Under"e; is already available.
