RTA: No parking fees on holiday of New Hijri year 1433H, UAE 40th National Day

The Parking Dep't at the Traffic & Roads Agency of the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) announced that the paid parking zones all over Dubai Emirate will be free of charge marking the advent of the new Hijri Year, and the UAE 40th National Day, as of Thursday 1 December 2011 until Saturday 3 December such that the parking fees will be activated on Sunday 4 December 2011.
