The Deputy Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum in his capacity as President of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), appoints Mr Saeb Eigner, as the new Chairman of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
