The United Arab Emirates ranks 33 in the 2011 Global Peace Index (GPI) announced today. Levels of world peace dropped for the third consecutive year according to the Index. An increased risk of terrorism and unrest in the Middle East and North Africa drove dramatic changes in national rankings.

Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a provisional A1 rating to new senior secured bonds (the New Bonds) to be raised by Dolphin Energy Limited (DEL or the Project), a company incorporated in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. The New Bonds may be issued in bullet or amortising form or a combination thereof, and the ultimate size may vary but the total size will not exceed USD1.93 billion.
