Shares in Dubai's Shuaa Capital are up 9.14 per cent this morning to Dh0.74 apiece after the investment bank announced narrower losses for the fourth quarter of 2011 compared with the same period of 2010, and said in a statement that it will be further reducing its headcount by more than 31 per cent in the first half of 2012.
