Damas International Limited (the Company) announced today that it was informed by AbdulMonem Rashed Al Rashed, Director of RIMCO Investment Company LLC which is a subsidiary of Rashed Abdulrahman Al Rashed & Son's Co., that 3,389,700 (three million three hundred eighty nine thousand seven hundred) shares of Damas International Limited have been purchased on the 10th of January 2012 at USD 0.34094 per share equivalent to USD 1,155,673.38.
