The Tatsu Sumo Ring is an Athletic Skill Item that costs 4000 Simoleons and holds the usual 10 Mastery Levels that can boost your Athletic Skill Level up by +17 and is rather easy to complete as most of the Mastery Levels only have one stage each. You will need to complete all of the Mastery Levels for this Tatsu Sumo Ring in order to pass the Hiya Aya!
